Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY
• Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late may be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service. Any outstanding balance must be paid before booking a future appointment.
• If you need to make significant changes to your scheduled service, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This ensures adequate time is reserved to provide the best possible results.
